Porto-Muiños, a family-run aquaculture company in Galicia, is pioneering the sustainable cultivation of sea urchins to restore local populations and support the region’s marine ecosystem.

In the Dutch province of Zeeland, The Kingfish Company specialises in the sustainable farming of antibiotic-free yellowtail kingfish. This species was strategically chosen for onshore aquaculture.
