In the Dutch province of Zeeland, The Kingfish Company specialises in the sustainable farming of antibiotic-free yellowtail kingfish. This species was strategically chosen for onshore aquaculture.

Thanks to dedicated efforts since 2002, Belgian caviar emerged as a luxury item when Royal Belgian Caviar transformed an old chicken barn into a real sturgeon hatchery.
